1 Overview

UnitePro ("we", "our", "us") collects and processes personal data to provide our SaaS services, including CRM, WhatsApp automation, email campaigns, and related business tools.

Under applicable data protection laws and Meta Platform policies, you have the right to request permanent deletion of your personal data from our systems at any time.

This policy applies to all data collected through our website, applications, WhatsApp Business API integration, Facebook Login, and any other connected services.

3 How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using the following steps:

Send an Email

Send an email to our data protection team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered name, email, and phone number for identification.

Identity Verification

We will verify your identity within 48 hours to ensure the request is legitimate and to protect against unauthorized deletion.

Data Deletion Processing

Once verified, we will permanently delete all your associated data from our active systems within 7 working days.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete, along with a summary of what was removed.

4 WhatsApp Data Deletion

WhatsApp Business API Data

If you have interacted with us via WhatsApp, the following data may be stored in our systems:

Note: To request deletion of your WhatsApp data, send an email to support@unitepro.in with the subject "WhatsApp Data Deletion Request". Include the WhatsApp phone number associated with your communication. We will process the request within 7 working days and permanently delete all associated WhatsApp data.

5 Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

If you have logged in via Facebook or interacted with our services through Meta platforms (Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram, etc.), you can request deletion of data collected through these integrations.

Facebook Login Users: You can also remove UnitePro's access from your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove UnitePro. This will revoke our access, and you can then email us to delete any stored data.

Upon receiving your request, we will delete:

Facebook User ID and associated profile information
Lead form submissions from Facebook/Instagram ads
Any data synced from Meta platforms to our CRM
Campaign and engagement records linked to your Meta ID

6 Processing Timeline

Day 0 — Request Received

We acknowledge your deletion request via email within 24 hours.

Day 1-2 — Identity Verification

We verify your identity and confirm the scope of data to be deleted.

Day 3-5 — Data Deletion

All personal data is permanently removed from active databases, CRM, WhatsApp logs, email records, and automation systems.

Day 5-7 — Backup Purge

Data is purged from backup systems and archived records.

Day 7 — Confirmation Sent

You receive a final confirmation email with a deletion summary report.

8 Data Retention Exceptions

In certain cases, we may be required to retain some data even after a deletion request:
